Welcome to SimplifiedReasoning.com and the Simplified Reasoning mobile app (“Platform”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, mobile application, content, features, and technology provided by Laboni Media Solutions LLP, India (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for students, parents, teachers, and general learners. Users under 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian to use the app or website.

2. User Account

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

3. Use of Services

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated payment details
• Authorize us to charge recurring fees (if applicable)
• Understand that your subscription will be active for a fixed period as selected during purchase

6. Refund Policy

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• No refunds or partial refunds will be provided if the user stops using the service before the end of the subscription period.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time or features.
• It is the user’s responsibility to evaluate the free/demo content (if available) before subscribing.

7. Data Deletion Policy

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

To request deletion:

• Email reasoning@labonimediasolutions.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the registered email address.
• Mention your full name, registered email ID, and associated mobile number (if applicable).

Upon receiving a valid request, we will:

• Verify your identity
• Process the deletion within 7 working days
• Remove all personal data, progress records, and account-related information (unless legally required to retain them)

Note: Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered, and you will lose access to any active subscriptions or saved progress.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for:

• Violating these Terms
• Misuse or abuse of the Platform
• Any action that harms the integrity of the learning environment

You may also deactivate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the services will always be available, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data or interruptions in service.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Laboni Media Solutions LLP be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
